The partnership

A photographer recommended by the estate

Organising a seminar, a business meeting or a team building at Azur en Ardenne? The estate offers my services to its business clients: a local photographer, just a few minutes away, who adapts to your programme.

Quiet, surrounded by nature and close to Durbuy, Azur en Ardenne brings together four seminar rooms, 54 rooms and 14 holiday homes, a restaurant, a bar and a wellness area. A place designed to combine work and relaxation, with beautiful backdrops for your photos too.

For photography, you keep a single point of contact: we prepare the coverage together, I follow your group on the day and you receive images ready to use in your communication.

Why a photo report?

Photos that keep working for you after the event

A seminar takes weeks to prepare and is over in a day or two. The photos stay: they extend the event internally and make it shine externally.

  • Your employer brand

Nothing beats real photos of your teams to make people want to join you: careers page, job offers, LinkedIn.

  • Your social media

Images to tell the story of your event, during and after it: LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletter, website. Lively communication, far from stock photos.

  • Team spirit

Looking back at the challenges tackled together, the laughter and the group photo keeps the team spirit going: intranet, internal newsletter, year in review.

  • Your partners and speakers

Speakers, partners, venue, caterer: everyone can share the event with quality photos, multiplying your visibility.

The coverage

What I photograph during your seminar

Every event has its own rhythm. I work in a reportage style: discreet during talks and activities, more present when it is time to gather everyone for the group photo.

  • Working sessions: plenaries, workshops, talks, award ceremonies
  • Team building activities, at the estate or nearby
  • The group photo, and portraits if you wish
  • Conversations and networking, during breaks and meals
  • The details of the organisation: the venue, the decoration, your visual identity
  • The evening, often the moment when teams let their hair down

Local photographer

Based in Durbuy, a few minutes from the estate

I live and work in Durbuy. Hotels, estates, seminar rooms, outdoor activities: the area hosts many seminars and team buildings every year, and I know its venues, its light and its terrain.

Between two working sessions, the area lends itself to group activities: Adventure Valley five minutes from the estate, kayaking on the Ourthe, hiking, Durbuy's old town… All backdrops for lively images, and for a group photo that also shows where you were.

  • Durbuy's old town
  • Banks of the Ourthe
  • Adventure Valley
  • Topiary Park
  • Wéris and its megaliths
  • Logne Castle
  • No long journeys

I am a few minutes from Barvaux-sur-Ourthe: easy to come for a few hours or for your whole seminar.

  • A single point of contact

You deal with me directly, from planning the programme to delivering the photos.

FAQ

Your questions about seminar photography

Can you cover our whole seminar, over one or several days?

Yes. I adapt to your programme, for a few hours or for your whole seminar, from the arrival of participants to the evening. We decide together which moments to cover.

How much does seminar photography cost?

The price depends on how long I am there, the location, the number of photos and their intended use. Describe your event in the form: I will send you a tailored proposal within a few days.

Can you take portraits of the participants?

Yes, portraits can complement the coverage, for example for your LinkedIn profiles or your team page. Simply mention it in your request.

Can we use the photos for our communication?

That is what they are for: internal communication, social media, website, activity reports. Mention the intended uses in your request so that my proposal takes them into account.

Do you work alone or with a team?

Depending on the size of the event, I work alone or with a team. We discuss it together when preparing the coverage.

Do you travel beyond Azur en Ardenne?

Yes. I mostly cover events in Durbuy and the province of Luxembourg, but I travel all over Belgium and abroad.
